Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after the date your order is delivered. The Edinburgh Stationery Shop must be notified via email or post no later than 14 days after the goods were received at the delivery address provided on the order.

We will provide you with a returns number and details of where to send the item(s).

All returns made are at your own cost.

How to return goods

Goods must be returned to our business address:

For us to process your return the following criteria must be met:

  • The item and its packaging are in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The returns number (or original delivery note) is included, or clearly marked on the outer wrapping.
  • The parcel is well wrapped and protected.
  • The address is clear and easy to read.

How long do I have to send my returned goods

Goods must be returned to our business address within 14 days of receiving your returns number.

Returning damaged goods

Your order should reach you in perfect condition. If your product reaches you damaged in any way please contact us by email and provide us images of the damage to your order.

We’ll refund or replace any product damaged in the delivery process.

What if you send me the wrong item?

If we send you the wrong item in error please contact us within 14 days. We’ll then send you the correct product, or if that is not possible, we’ll refund you.
